This unfiltered agoureleo olive oil has a bright green colour, fresh grassy aromas and a gentle peppery finish. Naturally rich in polyphenols and produced with an exceptionally low acidity of 0.2–0.3%, it reflects the quality of careful harvesting and pressing.

What is agoureleo olive oil?
Agoureleo is an early-harvest olive oil made from unripe green olives picked at the beginning of the season. These olives produce less oil but create a fresher, greener and more intensely flavoured extra virgin olive oil with naturally high polyphenol levels.
Koroneiki olives are particularly prized for producing balanced oils with grassy freshness, gentle bitterness and a peppery finish.
