Emilia’s Bucatini Pasta 500g
What is Bucatini pasta?
Bucatini is a long tube-shaped pasta similar to thick spaghetti, with a hollow centre running through each strand. The name comes from the Italian word “buco”, meaning hole.
Its unique shape allows it to capture sauces exceptionally well, making it particularly suited to rich tomato sauces, pancetta, cheese-based dishes and slow-cooked ragù's.
